Terms & Conditions
Terms of service.
These terms govern access to the Trade Dossier website, Signal Desk, Telegram analysis, strategy research, automated execution tools and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and permitted to use trading and automation services in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. What Trade Dossier provides
Trade Dossier provides software for analysing Telegram trading content, reconstructing historical signals, comparing claims with market data, monitoring channels, researching strategies and routing instructions to supported MT4 or MT5 terminals. The Service is an analytical and automation tool. It is not a broker, exchange, bank, custodian, portfolio manager or financial adviser.
3. No financial advice or guarantee
Nothing in the Service is personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Audits, scores, backtests, simulated results, strategy statistics and provider comparisons are informational estimates based on available data and assumptions. Past or simulated performance does not predict future results. We do not promise profits, pips, execution quality, uptime or any particular trading outcome.
4. Your trading decisions
You alone decide whether to monitor, copy, subscribe to or execute a signal or strategy. You must assess suitability, configure risk controls, verify broker settings and supervise your terminal. Enabling live execution authorises software to place, modify or close orders within the scope you configure. You remain responsible for every resulting order, fee, tax, gain and loss.
5. Telegram, broker and third-party services
You may connect only accounts, channels and terminals you are authorised to use. You must comply with Telegram, your broker, MetaTrader and other third-party terms. Third-party services may change, fail, delay, edit or remove data. Trade Dossier is not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, spreads, slippage, outages or account restrictions.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, included usage, billing periods and prices will be shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not ordinarily refund a period already supplied, except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. Taxes and currency conversion charges may apply.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, evade access controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with other users, scrape or resell protected data, reverse engineer restricted components, infringe intellectual property, impersonate another person, or use the Service for unlawful, manipulative or abusive activity.
8. Intellectual property
Trade Dossier and its licensors retain rights in the Service, software, branding, layouts and original content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own lawful purposes during your account term. You retain rights in content you lawfully provide and grant us the limited rights needed to process it and operate the Service.
9. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, limit or discontinue parts of the Service. Market feeds, AI interpretation and message reconstruction can contain errors or omissions. You must independently verify material information before acting. We may suspend accounts to protect security, comply with law, investigate misuse or prevent harm.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Dossier is not liable for trading losses, loss of capital, lost profits, missed opportunities, broker actions, data errors, delayed or failed orders, indirect loss or consequential loss arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If mandatory law permits a liability cap, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful conduct or where continuing the Service is no longer reasonably practicable. Provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, risk allocation and accrued payment obligations, remain effective.
12. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update these terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy Policy
How we handle data.
This policy describes how Trade Dossier handles personal information when you use the website, create an account, connect Telegram or trading tools, and interact with Signal Desk.
Information we process
We may process account details, authentication identifiers, subscription and billing references, support communications, security logs, device and usage information, Telegram connection metadata, channel messages you are authorised to analyse, strategy settings, risk profiles and execution records. Payment-card details are handled by our payment provider and are not intended to be stored by Trade Dossier.
Why we process it
We use information to authenticate users, provide and secure the Service, perform requested analysis and execution routing, maintain audit records, process subscriptions, improve reliability, prevent abuse, communicate service information and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and international processing
We use specialist providers for identity, cloud hosting, content delivery, analytics, communications and payments. Information may be processed outside New Zealand where those providers operate. We require appropriate handling and limit access to what is needed to provide the relevant service.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably required for the Service, security, audit, dispute and legal purposes. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, scoped credentials and operational logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of personal information, disconnect integrations, change account details, or request account deletion, subject to records we must retain. Marketing communications will include an unsubscribe method where required.
Contact and complaints
Privacy requests can be made through the support contact published in your account. If a concern is not resolved, you may have the right to contact the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner or the relevant authority in your jurisdiction.
Trading Risk Warning
You can lose all of your money.
Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference, leveraged products, cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk. You may lose some or all of the money committed to trading, and in some circumstances losses or liabilities can exceed the amount initially deposited.
Leverage amplifies losses
Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. Small market movements can cause substantial losses, margin calls or forced liquidation. Stop-loss orders, risk limits and automated controls may reduce risk but cannot guarantee an exit price or prevent loss, particularly during gaps, illiquid markets, volatile conditions or technical failures.
Automation introduces additional risk
Automated execution can act quickly and repeatedly. Incorrect symbols, lot sizes, terminal settings, credentials, provider messages, parsing results, market data or connectivity may produce unintended orders. You must test configurations, use appropriate limits and supervise live trading.
Audits and backtests are not forecasts
Historical audits depend on the completeness and quality of channel messages and market data. Backtests and simulations use assumptions and may not reflect latency, spreads, slippage, liquidity, commissions, financing, message edits or real execution. A profitable historical result can become unprofitable in live markets.
Your responsibility
Trade only with money you can afford to lose. Consider your objectives, experience and financial circumstances and obtain independent professional advice where appropriate. By enabling execution or acting on information from Trade Dossier, you accept responsibility for your decisions and resulting financial outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Dossier will not be responsible for financial loss resulting from trading activity or reliance on the Service.
